TURBODRIVE BATTERY TECHNOLOGY

These systems use 5 volt bulbs, so their 6 volt batteries have the same"turbocharging" effect as our more expensive 13.2 volt systems: Actual light output (A.L.O.) is increased by more than 20% over the normal wattage power rating.

CNC QUICK-RELEASE

The S10, S15 and S25 can be ordered with our trick CNC machined QR. It's a beautiful part and easier to use than the standard StrapLock. Choose standard OR oversize bars - one will not work on the other. Adds $20 (per light) to the system price.

UPGRADEABLE SINGLE BEAMS

All batteries (except the S10E & NiMH) have connectors for two lights. You can start with a single beam and later upgrade to a dual-beam by simply adding the second light.

S10 & S15 SINGLE BEAMS

The only difference between these two is the extra thumbswitch on the S15. These are great for commuters or off-roaders who can cool it a little on the downhills. TurboDrive turns 10 watts into 12 watts of light, and 15 watts into 19.

The S10 and S15 can be ordered with 5, 10 or 15 watt spot bulbs, or 10 or 15 watt flood bulbs.

S25 DUAL BEAM

This is a combination of the S10 and S15. It's a serious light for road or off-road riding. It includes the same high beam switch as our more expensive lights. And with our TurboDrive technology, its 25 watts of power become 31 watts of light. The standard setup is with a flood for the low beam, but for road riding you should ask for a spot.

NI-CAD, NI-MH & LEAD-ACID BATTERIES

Which battery type is best? We usually recommend (and sell) the ni-cad. However, each type offers benefits, so check the specifications and decide which is right for you. Choose a water bottle or frame mount. The system power switch is on the battery.

STRAPLOCK MOUNT

This mount works on standard and oversize bars. It uses a nylon strap with Velcro® and a sticky Kraton® rubber pad to grip the bars. It's simple, and it keeps the lights firmly in place; even on bumpy downhill rides. (Just pull it tight!) And it doesn't leave any ugly brackets on the bike during the daytime.

FREEDOM OF PLACEMENT

These lights can be rotated 180 degrees in all directions, up and down and side to side. You can place them anywhere on your handlebars and still have perfect beam alignment.
